Responsible Gambling at GGVegas: Tools and Support

Deposit Limits
- Players can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in the Responsible Gaming section.
- Austria law mandates a maximum €800 weekly limit, which is automatically enforced.
- Voluntary lower limits can be set in increments of €1 and above. Limit reduction takes effect immediately, increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
Time-Out/Session Reminders
- Session time tracking with optional pop-up reminders after set periods (15, 30, 60 minutes selectable by player).
- Mandatory breaks offered: players can request forced logout and cooldown period (1 hour to 30 days).
- Activity monitoring: system alerts player if gambling patterns appear problematic (excessive losses, long sessions).
Self-Exclusion
- Temporary (minimum 6 months): player can request pause and automatic account block for defined period.
- Permanent Self-Exclusion: irreversible account closure and lifetime ban from GGVegas Network. Self-exclusion applies only to GGVegas site, separate from national multi-operator self-exclusion schemes.
